Being a directory owner it is very important to advertise your directory for a webmaster audience that could generate possible submissions.

Personally I do not have many text links, but instead a few banners to attract submission to my directories.

I don’t mind paying as long as I am sure that the sites where I am advertising are sending me some submissions.

For SutraDirectory.com I have a mod installed that would help me identify the source that sent me the click thet converted to a conversion in terms of a paid  directory submission.

With quite a few directories, a paid mod was not an option for the lesser directories that I have.
